Our Goal:

Ravenel Ford has inspects and reconditioned used cars extensively in an effort to provide our customers the highest quality transportation possible. We want our customers happy. During the warranty period, if we missed something or if one of our vehicles develops a problem that we could not predict, we will absorb the cost of repair.

The Warranty:

Ravenel Ford will repair or replace any original equipment mechanical or electrical component that fails to perform as manufactured. All repairs must be performed by Ravenel Ford or under special circumstances, by a repair facility approved in advance by Ravenel Ford. Towing charges up to $100 will also be paid when towing is necessary because a covered part has failed. Damage caused by; accidents, collision, misuse, improper fuels or fluids, environmental exposure or any damage that would be covered under your comprehensive insurance is not covered. Tires, glass, soft trim and upholstery along with the failure of any components not installed by the original manufacturer of the vehicle are also not covered.

The Warranty Term:

Ravenel Ford used vehicles will be covered for forty five days or fifteen hundred miles from purchase date and mileage.

This warranty does not apply to vehicle purchased from the Trade-In Liquidation Lot.
